Recently completed, Mirador del Mar offers spectacular ocean views overlooking one of the nicest beaches along the Central Pacific coast. The main building is constructed of the highest quality materials and the attention to detail can be seen through out the facility. The ceramic tile floors all have inlaid mahogany with decorative tile accents. All of the counters are made of Costa Rican sandstone polished to a smooth finish. The sandstone also surrounds the deck area of the pool and covered ranch. On the ground floor of the Hotel you enter at the center into the reception area. The Hotel consists of 9 rooms and a managers or owner's suite, making it 10 rooms in total. The owner's suite has it's own kitchen with walk in pantry, and large master bath. The suite has a private balcony with a corner Jacuzzi tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Each of the other 9 rooms have sliding glass doors opening the balconies, with all but one having an ocean view. The rooms are furnished with the highest quality furnishings including king size beds with orthopedic mattresses. Each room has it's own bathroom and walk in closet area. The rooms also include Satellite TV with DVD players. The lower northeast portion of the property contains a horse stable with adjacent dog kennel area. The stables consists of 6 stalls. Near the stables you will find the caretaker or maids quarters, which is a small private home with private bathroom.
