Catherine Fitton has lived and worked in Costa Rica for 18 years.  Originally she came from Vancouver, Canada, and was one of the first to begin working in tourism with the charter flights that began to arrive here in Jaco.  She then went on to transform a Costa Rican tour company into an international presence, which today is widely recognized as one of Costa Rica´ s leading tour companies, Grayline Tours.

Her background in tourism and sales, and her intimate knowledge of Costa Rica, including the geography, history, culture and customs made a natural stepping stone to the arena of real estate.  She is completely bilingual, with her capacity to understand and speak Spanish a great asset.  She worked with REMAX for several years before opening up her own company along with her partner, Cristina.  Now Premier Realty is one of Jaco´ best known real estate companies,  due to their dynamic presence and their insiders knowledge of the business.

Cristina Senigaglia came from Venice, Italy 14 years ago, and she too settled permanently in the Jaco area.  She had her own retail business, plus spent many years working in the tourism sector.  Again a strong leaning towards sales and business made getting into real estate six years ago a natural move for her.  She is tri lingual, including Italian, Spanish and English.  Aside from her great language skills, she is well know for being a good negotiator, and having studied the law here thoroughly, understands Costa Rican real estate law.  She worked with REMAX for several years before deciding to go independent, and along with her partner

Catherine, opened Premier Realty in January, 2006.  It is very important to work with realtors that speak the native language, understand Costa Rican real estate law, are legal residents of the country, and fully registered with the Chamber of Costa Rican Realtors.  When you are in Jaco, you can ask anyone about Catherine or Cristina!
